Shipping within the Philippines


We offer free shipping within the Philippines on orders worth P1000 & up. For orders below P1000, there is a flat rate delivery fee.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping on orders worth $120 & up. For orders below $120, there is a delivery charge.

Your package will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 Business Days) after we have confirmed your payment or order. Tracking number and instructions will be sent through email after the shipment. 

*If you have placed your order on Saturday or Sunday, your package will be dispatched on Monday.  

Delivery within Philippines

Metro Manila  - Your package will arrive within 1 to 4 Business Days upon shipment.

Outside Metro Manila or Provincial Areas  - Your package will arrive within  3 to 10 Business Days upon shipment.

*Please expect delays in delivery during Peak Season (November to December.)

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases.

Yes. We accept COD within Metro Manila , Greater Manila. & major provincial areas in the Philippines. 

* Greater Manila (Bulacan, Pampanga, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas).

*Failed order includes rejecting to accept COD orders & failing to receive package after the 2nd delivery attempt by our Integrated Couriers. All of which leads to order cancellation.

Non-Cash on delivery orders are orders that have been paid prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

15Days Free Return

We only allow return of the goods if they are defective upon receipt. *Sale items are not eligible for free return.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fievreonline.com. This policy only last 15 days upon receipt of product, If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not offer refunds and exchanges due to change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some goods are exempt from being returned. Clothes and bags with zipper problem cannot be returned. We do quality control on goods with zippers before shipping them out. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Wrong sizes (Clothes & Swimsuits)

In terms of wrong sizes, you can have it exchanged if the desired size is still available. However, customer must shoulder the shipping fee. 


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Some of these Sale items may have minor imperfections. Minor flaws in Sale Items do not constitute a cause for return. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Add to cart the product. Use the drop down menu to choose color or size if it's applicable.
2. Click Check out when you're ready to pay.
3. Enter your information and click Select your shipping location accordingly.  NOTE: Order with wrong shipping fee method will be cancelled

  • Metro Manila= ₱60
  • Greater Manila(Bulacan, Pampanga, Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas)= ₱75
  • Provincial= ₱145
  • LBC Branch Pick-Up= ₱195 


4. Select your Payment Method.

  • For Credit Card & Debit Card, Select "PAYPAL".
  • For Bank Deposits, Remittance, Bayad Center, Online Banking, Gcash and Other Payments, Select "DRAGONPAY" and CLICK on the "Send Instructions via Email" Button. Payment instruction will then be sent to your Email.

IMPORTANT: For "Cash On Delivery", after placing order in our website, please TEXT your ORDER # or NAME to (GLOBE) 0917-960-6200 to confirm your COD order. Your TEXT will be verified the next day 10:30am.

  

We do not allow cancellation of orders once it shipped. If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@fievreonline.com upon placing an order. Buyers who have failed COD orders will be suspended from using COD (blacklisted).

Out of Stock - Your order is cancelled due to one of the items that you have added to cart is not available. 

Wrong Payment Method -  You have selected a wrong payment method. Please note that Cash on Delivery is currently available in selected cities only (Metro Manila, Greater Manila & some major provincial areas). For other delivery areas, it's payment first before shipping. You can pay through Dragonpay (Bank deposits, remittance, bayad center payments, etct) or Paypal (credit card).

*We do not accept Cash on Delivery for orders that will be collected at LBC branch. Payment should be settled first before delivery.

Delivery failure - Your address is unlocated and the courier couldn't reach you through your provided contact number. 

If you have just received your Femlab IPL device and it is not working. Don't panic!  It is very likely that some of the electronic components might have got shifted during transportation. 


We recommend troubleshooting the device through the steps below. :)

1. Remove the lamp head and re-attach it again. Make sure it’s securely attached to the device body. 

2. Test both lamp heads. 

3. Test both auto and manual mode. (Manual mode only release flashes if you press the off button and when the 6 lines of blue light start blinking it means it’s ready to release a flash)


Still experiencing problems? Send us an email at support@fievreonline.com. We can exchange the item for you within 7 days if the product has any problems from the purchasing date. The warranty period is 1 year which covers defects in material and workmanship. 

*Exclusions and Limitations: The warranty does not apply to defective Smooth Bliss Pro Safe IPL hair removal which demonstrates damage or defects caused by one of the following factors: misuse, neglect in usage, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures & water, unsuitable storage.

Femlab Smooth Bliss Pro is safe to use on the bikini line. However, it is not suitable for intimate area where the skin may have a darker colour, it may cause discomfort because there is greater hair density which would absorb more light energy.  

For hair removal, you have to repeat the treatment once every two weeks during the initial phase (4 treatments). After the initial phase, you can repeat the treatment once every four weeks.  When your hair gets thinner, you can do it once a month for maintenance. In between treatments, hair sheds naturally and regrowth is inhibited. When hair is growing back, it can take one or two weeks to shed. 


For skin rejuvenation, it is recommended to use it no more than once a week. 

Yes. It is safe. However, it is not recommended as your skin is more sensitive during this time of the month and your pain thresh­old can be slightly higher dur­ing and just before the start of your period.

It doesn't have a cooling feature. However, it has an internal mini fan to lessen the discomfort when it's operated at the maximum intensity.

Do’s


* Read the manual carefully before using the device. 

* Wear sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher before going into the sun.

* Shave the area to be treated properly before the treatment. 

* Wear your protective glasses during the treatment. 

* Apply ice or aloe vera gel to the treated area when redness or swelling occurs. 

 

Don’ts 


* Do not use bleaching products for four weeks prior to the treatment. 

* Do not expose the treated area to the sun or sun bed before the IPL treatment. Apply sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher whenever exposure to the sun is unavoidable.  

* Do not rub or scratch the treated area after the treatment. 

* Avoid sports and exercises for 48 hours following the treatment. 

* Avoid hot baths, swimming and wearing tight clothing for two or three days after the treatment. 

* Avoid exfoliating your skin for one week after the treatment. 

* Do not use the device everyday. For hair removal, repeat the treatment once every two weeks for the first two months. When your hair gets thinner, you can do it once a month for maintenance. In between treatments, hair sheds naturally and regrowth is inhibited. Hairs can take one or two weeks to shed. For skin rejuvenation, it is recommended to use it no more than once a week. 


Yes. It is perfectly safe for teens to use. The minimum recommended age for starting treatments is 16.  

Femlab hair removal kit comes with two different lamp heads.  The lamp head for IPL is the one with T sign and M sign for skin rejuvenation.
